Building upon our Work Practices Summit discussion from 2017, our 2nd annual event will expose what we believe to be the least understood driver of performance in modern organizations: the ability to collaborate. 

We’ll share our research and insights into how we identify and deconstruct the underlying patterns that inform what we call an organization’s “Collaborative Fabric.”  We’ll introduce real-life case studies—and offer practical strategies for diagnosing and upgrading collaboration within an organization.
