Jim Aggen’s work focuses on sustainable organizational change through creative design, facilitation, and leadership coaching. Jim has served Fortune 500 clients across industries for more than 20 years. He has worked at a leading global talent advisory firm and as a senior manager at Deloitte and Monitor Group. Jim received his MBA and BA in Economics from UCLA.
